Goals: the only reason I posted tonight

Goals

Good night my Wild Ones,

I did not want to post tonight. While I am no longer actively sick, I am just so exhausted. So this is kind of like a follow-up to my post on Grinding Through Exhaustion. In that post I discussed allowing your goals to be your motivation. You deserve for you to do your best because when you learn to honor promises to yourself, your commitment to others becomes a piece of cake. One of my goals is to post every Wednesday and Friday. I want to do that so I can help people and grow my brand. Which I want to do so that I can become an internationally renowned motivational speaker. Ultimately, I want to do it all so I can change the world! So I am here, shaping my future posting and allowing my goals to motivate me.

(Side note: This unrelenting tiredness that I’ve been experiencing for a couple of months is probably due to an iron deficiency in my case. Don’t be like me. Be intentional about your health, and see a doctor if you notice that things are out of sync even if it does not seem that big at first.)

Make sure to take some time to figure out your goals for your life.

Come up with a mission statement for your life

Just as companies have mission statements, you should too. What is the point of you being on earth? Genuinely answer that question and figure out your mission statement. Your goals should all reflect this mission statement and so should the actions to achieve your goals. There are tons of resources on writing a personal mission statements as well as https://www.livecareer.com/quintessential/creating-personal-mission-statements and https://liveboldandbloom.com/10/writing/personal-mission-statement.

What are your wildest dreams? What steps can you take to achieve them?

How do you think you can change the world?

Granted, not everyone wants to change the world. Maybe it’s your country? What about your city? Maybe your friend circle? If you are on earth, you’re here for a purpose. You are meant to make a difference somehow, so do that!

Here is a basic layout of my 2017 goals that I wrote back on January 2:

  1. Build your empire queen
  2. Proper, consistent worship
  3. Meet tons of dope people
  4. Be super bold and lit
  5. Outreach
  6. Travel
  7. Conversational in French or Spanish
  8. Organized, hard-working, and always tidy room
  9. Amazing lower body and abs
  10. Drink more water
  11. Waist length hair
  12. Write a book
  13. Violin growth
  14. Build those around you up while you grind towards that whole international motivational speaking thing

I hope you guys are out there dream catching and goal chasing!

Sending so much love your way,

Britney

A young visionary.
In spite of talents and passions in a plethora of areas, I have a singular mission in life. Helping people whether be physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually, is the totality of my life’s mission. Nothing more. My purpose, however is to fulfill this mission primarily through medicine. But I do not want to stop at medicine. I want to use my words in all areas of my life to help people. My blog at www.wildextremities.com is one of the main ways for me to accomplish this goal. On this blog I help people to daily find beauty in the wild extremities of their souls where sun rarely shines, yet beauty blossoms full.
